The onsen facilities are wonderful! The variety and quality of food at breakfast is excellent! Wonderful amenities such as free use of the washing machine, free ice cream bars, probiotic drinks, etc. It’s a very clean, comfortable and customer oriented hotel. I initially found the pillow for my bed uncomfortable. I asked the staff at the front desk if they had a different pillow and they kindly lent me something better for me, which was very helpful!

Location to station & main attractions. Spacious room. Comfortable beds. In-room facilities - Including TV, kettle, fridge & toiletries. Breakfast choice was excellent. Spa facilities & relaxation room. Availablity of laundry facilities

Having stayed here several times - always a great place to stay with a nice onsen, beautiful staff, relaxing atmosphere and a great Japanese breakfast.

Location was amazing. Hot bath was good. Awesome free ice cream and ramen. Breakfast was delicious. The only downside is the size of the room and bed.

The place was very nice and clean. The room was comfortable. The hot spring facilities was every nice and even equipped with a sauna! I liked the experience very much . The staff were excellent.

We booked two rooms for the family and hotel staff were thoughtful to offer connecting rooms to us, which made the stay comfortable. We enjoyed the onsen, complimentary ramen in the evening and nice breakfast. Staff were willing to make an extra effort for our comfort, much appreciated! And Maria spoke Russian to us - an extra pleasant surprise.
